I love the Taino Jibaro native symbols located around this restaurant. This establishment serves great teasting Smoked Pork or pulled pork in different styles. Check out the picture of the menu I posted.it is located in the municipality of Cidra,Puerto Rico every dish or plate sold here is Smoked including the maposteao rice and the Shirp gumbo soup you will love the great taste you have to try it, no masks required and they also have handicap parking and wheelchair accessible entrance in the rear of the restaurant. Have fun eating here this place is also available for private parties or events

This is a really good place. The briskets, their house rice recipe fan, the tostones were great. Their smoked meat empanadillas very innovative. The waitress/bartender is very nice. Smoked meats are not that common in Puerto Rico. They have their own smoker & they use local firewood.

A1 treatment and food. Smoke Pork is delicious. Excellent Mashed Malanga, 10 of 10 on Green Salad. Highly recommended Bar on town.

Chill spot in Cidra, great ride if you are out of town, best smoked Longaniza I have ever had, I had the small sampler, then the fried cheesecake after so damn good! The host is there to explain everything to you, even the marinade and smoking process.
